"Mourning" By Tantric is good....it has some electric in it but what me and my friends call "The antichrist of guitars" in it. It has a 12 string guitar, tuned now 3 steps, drop D tuned, and capoed on the third fret. It sounds so cool, but its an amazing song.
"Gravedigger" By Dave Matthews, simply cause its a song that tells stories on how people in Dave's imagination died.
Are you sure you're not thinking of the Leaving Song Part Two (the single?) 'cause LSP1 doesn't sound like it has an electric guitar to me... Edit: You may be right...but it sounds acoustic, anyway [/b][/quote] I own Sing the Sorrow, so based on that, you think I'd know what I'm talking about, right? If it was done acoustically, I think it would sound pretty good.
Not if you're like me :chemist: I'm musically challenged. Oh well. I listened to it again, and I think you're right...
I love the acoustic version of Jason Mraz's "The Remedy". And 10,000 Maniacs' acoustic "Because the Night". Plus Opeth's "Windowpane". And most of Dido is acoustic, too. Good stuff.
