this is a hq version of blackbirds... i think this game is really cool - played it today some time
I deleted it because it's the same version that's been making the rounds and because we can't post the song on here. We could get in trouble by Warner. I hope you understand.
Thanks, but you should probably take it off the forum since links are not allowed here
Edit: Oh, Andrea was faster than me
Yes Andrea got 1337 ninja skills. By the way, I agree with your previous post entirely. I still think this was made during MTM though despite what the band says, which explains the lyrical style.
Just beat 8-Bit, wasn't too bad. This game would DEFINITELY be worth its price if it came with an MP3 version of the song too. Right now it's not worth the 5$, especially since the rips on YouTube are better quality than it plays on the IPhone. If they can release a free DL for the song for those that bought the app and expand on the App as promised, it can and will be worth it.
I agree with you. I was under the impression from the trailer last month that we would get to download the song? Wonder what happen? The game was fun, short, but fun. Hope the new mission updates come soon.
What do you guys think is the meaning of the lyrics in "Blackbirds"?
<-----I'm not feeling so HQ these days anymore guys
I actually think the lyrics in the second verse of Blackbirds are some of Chester's best. It's a direct account of addiction (which he was going through around the time I suspect this song was actually written) and thus I feel is very well written.
So after repeated listens to blackbirds, I really enjoy it. When I first heard it I didn't really like it, but now it has really grown on me.
They could create a video game but didn't know what bit rates are?
Why would they encode it in 128 kbps ... this isn't the 90's
AHHHHHH can't stop playing this game so addicting n love the lil Lp tunes always make me laugh! mmmmmmmm
It's a fun game. I just hope Artificial Life releases some patches for this game. It's extremely glitchy on some phones, which is a bummer because I want to be able to play it without fear of it crashing.
This is literally the most addicting game ever. For a band's game, you initially don't expect it to live up to video game standards, even for LP, but this totally blows everything else right out of the water. I've been playing since Monday and I'm 4th in the world rank - it's THAT addicting. Also, Blackbirds, from what I think myself and from opinions I've heard, is a nice hybrid of original Linkin Park and new "genre-busting" Linkin Park, minus Mike's oddly placed intro.
