Both teams are bringing their A game to the court. This year final is the most exciting Final in the past 5 years.
This is the most up in the air Finals in a very long time. Usually I can say who will win it, but I can't on this one. Both teams are very evenly matched and it can go any which way at any time. It's going to be a classic ending.
I hate Manu Ginobili. Rich Hamilton played horrible and Chauncey Billups didn't step up like he did in Game 6.
Congrats to the San Antonio Spurs! This was a great series, it really came down to who kept the most composure down the stretch and that was the obvious Spurs. Im glad there is no NBA lockout so we will see all these teams back at it one more time for the championship. Ima miss basketball season .
I watched the last half of the game at Todai when I was eating dinner. I think we were the only Pistons fans at the restaurant.. it was great being able to go YEAH! when the Pistons made a shot
Detroit is doing very well but not as well as Spurs. Spurs is lucky to win the game because they are having a home game.
The Spurs were playing great defense in Game 7. There's no doubt that they deserved that game. However, the refs in San Antonio were making some very stupid foul calls is Games 6 and 7. It was getting ridiculous.
the pistons played horrible in the 4th quarter.. i seriously expected more out of chauncey and rip hamilton. But i guess the spurs deserved to win with their 4th quarter defense
Oh without a doubt, the Pistons got the short end of the stick with the calls in game 7, but theres no use in crying about it, its overr. They'll be back next year.
I wasn't able to watch the game since I was travelling. Then the Spurs have won the championship and Duncan got the MVP title? Personally, Pistons could have won that game from what I've heard.
Game 7 had the highest ratings of any clinching game in the past 5 years. I knew it was going to an epic series.
anyone here think that the whole series was set up so it there was supposed to be a game 7? i remembered someone saying ratings were down to 30% so maybe they did it so they could get more tv ratings..
I honestly don't think it was set up becuase the NBA has just way to much to lose if caught. And I think that the past couple finals have been very low in the ratings, due to no competition.

[/b][/quote] Exactly. Last Year's was pretty good because no one really expected the Pistons to beat the Lakers.
