I love Kings of Leon...which is really weird because I thought I would absolutely hate them when I heard Closer but "Only by the Night" is a lot better than I expected. I really like how different the vocals are.

Book One in the Bartimaeus Trilogy is awesome, The Amulet of Samarkand.

I read that but never got the other two.

 

The Ender's Shadow series of books goes into a lot of political and military material. The Speaker for the Dead series is so spiritual. I love it.

 

Okay two choices: Watch either Thirteen or Cold Mountain?
