    So, I woke up less than two hours ago and my table lamp was on. Now, I'm pretty sure I turned it off last night and I certainly didn't wake up and turn it on myself. So, yeah. It was kind of creepy.

    Oh well.

    I've had similar situations like that. We have two touch lights (you lightly touch it and it comes on) next to our fireplace and every now and then one of them comes on by itself. My mom thinks it's her mother sending us signs from the grave, lol. But I just think the lights are faulty. Sometimes it can be creepy though.

    Yeah, I think I definitely need to slow down. I nearly got busted for speeding twice today *hugs radar detector*

    And one of those times was in the exact same spot I was nailed for 77 in a 60 a few months ago. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me :lol:

    It's neither. Those touch lights work based off some fancy electrical physics type stuff that's way over my head, but if there's a slight fluctuation in the power coming in to your house (a very slight and short drop in voltage or current, not even enough that you'd notice it. They're common) that can trigger the light to come on. I have a touch light too and it does the same every now and then.

    I swear every two people or so, stopped me on the streets today and complimented me on either my black skirt or my black platform shoes, or both. Nice to know that I have a sense of fashion in me.
