There's something I don't understand about the "Sadly, they will never remove the big hits from the setlist" thing. The point of playing the big hits is to get the crownd moving. Would you rather attend a show where LP only play new stuff, but with a sleepy crowd? Or attend a show with songs like Numb, OSC, Faint, and New Divide, but being surrounded by people having fun. I personnaly hate being part of a sleepy crownd. This is way more fun when everybody is singing the songs, jumping up and down, and doing mosh-pits. If LP removed the big hits from the shows, the crowd would get bored much faster. And if the crownd is bored, the show isn't so fun anymore. At least, that's my view about it. Also, to say LP is only excited about playing new stuff is not true. Recently, they have been saying they're really excited about having energetic shows again. Especially Chester. Hence why they have been bringing back older stuff.
That's why they should play alot of their heavy songs to get the crowd going crazy and mix in a few new songs as well. The crowd loves the heavy stuff
Just a quick thought to add to this discussion, only my opinion. This is particularly for those who haven't seen the band before and will see them live for the first time, but who are unsure of the setlist: Before I had ever seen Linkin Park, I used to be one of those people who would read the setlists from shows that were posted on LP fan sites, and think how rubbish it was that 'X Song' was 'Y Song' wasn't in the setlist. Then, one day (4th November 2010), I actually saw Linkin Park live. And from that point on, NONE of the setlist discussions mattered anymore and I realized how incredibly stupid I had been to ever get annoyed about the setlists of shows I hadn't even seen. That night, Linkin Park played some songs that I liked, some that I usually didn't like. They also probably missed a few songs that were favourites of mine. I did not care. Best show ever, regardless of setlist. I have seen Linkin Park twice now (second time was the London iTunes Festival). And every time I read a setlist and think "Hmm, not sure about this..." I stop myself and realize that if I was actually THERE, it was still be the best thing ever. I can assure you, regardless of setlist, you WILL enjoy the show.

So Lost In The Echo, In My Remains, Victimized. This is what we get from the new album. Honestly, I am disappoint. I would've loved to hear Castle of Glass, Roads Untraveled and I'll Be Gone, because these must sound beast live. Nevertheless, I'm sure they'll be amazing live, it's just that I would've loved to hear the new songs instead of the ones they played 2.4 quadrillion times before. (And yes, I refuse to use all caps song titles.)
Some of their newer younger fans only know them as the Transformers band. Considering how New Divide is the most viewed video on their youtube channel and went double platinum, it's a must for those who don't know them outside of the film.
