Yeah but I don't think I'll be doing this, giving it's not that good a show even apart from the mixing.
And I think Chester was pissed too, he even walked away during the end of Breaking The Habit.
Technical issues here and there, most noticeably at the start of The Catalyst.

EDIT: Just cleaned my recycle bin.

Linkin Park show was awesome as always. Although, there was something off that i couldn't figure out. Personally, i would have preferred more ATS material over all the Meteora/HT material because the new stuff is more exciting than the same old that most people seem to enjoy. But its LP. I always enjoy the show because they always manage to bewitch me.:)

The bad part: KROQ must hate LP fans or LP fans like me for billing LP last. I had to sit through a host of boring acts for 8 hours before LP. Finally for the first time, the importance of a line-up you actually care about rears its ugly head and proved to me, even for just LP, listening to Face to Face scream and a pleutara of music from other artists i find boring and sleep inducing(Bad Religion) may just not be worth it.>_<
The upside, LP last got to play longer than everyone else on the line-up(except for the divas FF or diva cause the rest of the band members seemed cool probably cause they didn't talk):awesome:

And what made it worse was those goddamn Foo Fighters. They certainly lost me as a potential fan and my respect. I wanted them to GTFO the stage at about 9:30. But that obnoxious lead singer of theirs decided he was the best thing since the invention of toilet paper and decided he and his band had to parade and burst my ear drums over-doing everything and patting himself on the back. And he failed to be subtle about his obvious LP jab. Unprofessional much? It's like he's never heard of the concept of having a good time and not injecting his personal crap into something that has nothing to do with him. He did not sound sincere when he apologied for crashing. At least the other fans had fun which helped with the waiting. But i am definitly crossing out those guys from the list of artist i plan to check out. Nothing like an instant turn off like a singer with attitude.

Yeah, fuck them for organising a festival-style lineup with Linkin Park headlining, it's not like anyone likes any bands other than LP. I didn't even know there was such a thing until this!

If Chester really got pissed off at Foo Fighters and had a hissy fit like people are saying, that was probably just as diva-ish as anything Dave Grohl has ever done.

You wouldn't wanna miss LP experience, but you would wanna miss this show.
I recorded the whole thing and later decided to discard them.

I saw all the bands except Foo Fighters or Linkin Park (The whole reason I watched all of KROQ).

Edit: Actually, Blame it on KROQ

Is it true that they played out of schedule intentionally?

Not yet, but probably since they played their whole setlist.

I wonder if a different setlist was played because of the cut in. Because I don't see otherwise why the band we be so angry.
I know it may appear unprofessional, but otherwise, there's not too much to it.

Is it just me or the LP set went really fast?
one song came immediately after the other e.g. Faint

And maybe that's why Chester's pissed
Foo played too long, talked too much, thinking they were the headliners (I presume)...

What was this "subtle LP jab" that everyone has been talking about that Dave Grohl did?

Just that when they appeared they played a set that ran over into LP's time, and apparently that was KROQ's decision and not theirs anyway. But from that people are interpreting pretty much everything he did as trying to piss off LP.

Yeah, I'm not sure why the Foo Fighters are blaming them for that one. KROQ plans which bands go on, when they go on, and how long they have.

People here somehow got the idea that the Foo Fighters kicked LP off the stage so they could play a full set. But I guarantee you LP knew that the Foo Fighters were going on long before last night.

This I know, but did the Foo Fighters played as long as planned?
You could obviously see LP running their set like boiling steam.
When Faint came out I was like 'What? Is it a playback issue which came out too fast?'
