Following up the release From Zero: A Cappellas late last month, Linkin Park has just announced that an instrumental edition of their 2024 album will be released later this week on February 28. The announcement post features cover art suggesting that From Zero: Instrumentals will be combined with the aforementioned A Cappellas edition, making it comparable to a deluxe edition re-release with a second disc added. While hearing the vocal-only mixes of the album allowed listeners to experience Emily Armstrong's singing in a new light, this version of From Zero will perhaps put a spotlight on the live drumming contributions of new band member Colin Brittain, making it a real treat for fans to hear. Just like we said “It’s only a matter of…time.” @minuteforce I’m glad they put some time between releases.
Oh yes, looking forward that! Loved LT and THP instrumentals, nice to have a new addition to the list.
All of these are really cool. I found OEO deeper than I thought. and Overflow, wow its otherworldly, glitch and quite dust-brothers-y, like from Fight Club. (loving it) And the rest is chef's kiss
Listened through these insts today, and I especially liked "Overflow" a lot. Easily the biggest highlight, in my opinion
