I think so. Except now I have a headache. Most of yesterday I had a stomach cramp but that's gone. Oh yeah, on Tuesday I was playing poker and was out after three hands. Thank god it wasn't with money haha.

It might seem like I was pissed off at you with my last post but I wasn't. Just saying, haha. But yeah I saw a doctor about it. He gave me this website that was supposed to have a step-by-step thing for dealing with anxiety but I didn't bother with it so I ended up being stuck with all that stuff for about a year and I'm only just getting over it. Thanks. What are you studying?

You didn't already know? You know right at the start of this year when I got really fucked up and depressed, and I spent a few weeks off school in January, and then I was getting really depressed on and off for a while after that? During that time I saw a doctor and I was diagnosed as having some sort of anxiety disorder. I was sure I'd told you, and even if I hadn't it's probably pretty obvious that I have some sort of instability when it comes to that sort of thing, haha. It's okay now though. I mean it's taken practically all year but I think I'm finally getting over it.

And smoking occasionally does actually help but it would be nice if I'm finally in a position where I don't have to at all. Well maybe not pot but I wouldn't be averse to giving up tobacco completely. It's not like I smoke loads already but yeah.

How are you? Which college are you going to?

I have anxiety problems, it ranges from breakdowns to just feeling on edge and getting migraines and stuff. At the moment it's more the latter. Not very serious but it's kind of an annoyance.

Not bad. I'm suffering from slight anxiety right now but oh well I guess. It's pretty good. I got this Hugo Boss aftershave that smells amazing. What about you?

I was thinking, as a starter we could eat nice toast with smoked salmon, herbs and lemon.
As a head course I could make us nice beef with ovenbaked bread with cream cheese, roasted potatoes with rosemary, salad with shallots and some peas.
Then as dessert some nice cheese for Max and I already saw something so good, I might pick it up later, it was this amazing pie thing with cappuccino and praliné...mmmmmm
