Anyone else notice this?

Anyone else notice that around 2 minutes and 5 seconds into the numb video, when she is in her room on the floor, the camera slowly pans down, and it looks like she has cuts on the inside of her arm. It also shows this briefly moments later too.

 

Yeah she has cuts on her arm she looks at throughout the video that says "NUMB"

 

well then, i don't get the last part

she cuts her arm, en then she starts painting

 

Actually, I did. Just the other day I paused it and noticed little cuts on her arm. They only show it briefly though.

Yea you can see it when shes drawing in the classroom. She cuts herself.

i noticed that when i first saw the video.

 

Well, an artist uses paint (usually) to express anger because it splashes. That's why sometimes when blood is squirted on a wall, it's called a 'painting on the wall'. I paint (when I have it) to release anger... Any other time I just draw sketches and such.

She probably cuts her arms just to show a depressed feeling, but the painting definately is the anger that she feels. I can relate to the Numb videos in many ways.

Personally I wouldn't mind having the word "Numb" as a scar in my arm... I find new meaning in the word since I heard "Numb" .

I didn't mean that she cuts herself in the classroom. I was just saying that the scratches on her hand that u can see in the classroom is caused by her cutting herself.

 

Well, I noticed the cuts before, now I see that it does kinda look like the word numb.....cool.

 

yea it looks so cool, i didn't notice that before but it looks kinda cool...

 

yeah i noticed the cuts on her arm the first time i saw the video.....whenver i watch the video i can feel the energy the video creates for the song
