The song was first revealed to be a single via a listing on Spotify that revealed the artwork in late May, 2014. The track was leaked on to the internet ahead of any official unveiling on June 7th, 2014, a full day before Final Masquerade was officially premiered via MTV on June 8th, 2014. The song was released for digital download the following day on June 9th, 2014 and was the final single from The Hunting Party ahead of the album's release on June 17th, 2014.
