ATS. It's the band's magnum opus.

 

These are exactly my thoughts.

 

Right now, obviously THP. But ATS is a little overrated anyway

 

I like ATS, MTM and LT's second half a lot more than THP.

A Thousand Suns is the pinnacle of LP's discography. Everyone here loves ATS(the love it deserves) but outside of the LPA it's one of the most underrated albums ever.

I agree THP gave me like 7 tracks that came into my top 10 LP songs like KTTK, War, A Line in the Sand, Rebellion, GATS, and maybe Mark the Graves or FM

 

Ugh Minutes To Midnight is being beaten by both Hybrid Theory and Meteora. Damn.

 

ATS is as much underrated outside of the LPA as it is overrated inside the LPA.

Great album, but nowhere near flawnless.

 

I picked Hybrid Theory...still think it's too early to telk how people truly rank THP.

I don't think I've ever seen anyone in here say it's flawless.

 

Voted for Living Things, maybe it's because I can't keep calm when I'm listening to it
But I don't have a favorite, they are all great

 

While ATS is technically their best work, HT wins purely for nostalgia reasons and the fact that it's such a perfect debut album with perfectly crafted songs that I'm still connected with to this day.

 

Tied between Hybrid Theory and Living Things. Both are masterpieces in my book. With both albums, they reinvented themselves and poured their heart and imagination into each and every song.

Not exactly sure why A Thousand Suns is so revered among the Linkin Park faithful. To me that album had way too much filler and most of the songs were slow and dull. Lyrically though they were on the top of their game

 

I am very disappointed to see that the best album has the least amount of votes. Living Things is short compared to some albums, yet all of the songs go great together as an album. When I first heard Burn It Down on youtube, I loved it.
My favourite is Living Things and I'm annoyed that they didn't continue with the synth-rock style in The Hunting Party. There is the odd really heavy song (Lies Greed Misery, Victimized) and 3 medium songs at the start, then at the end Until It Breaks and Powerless and joined together by Tinfoil (where did the name come from?). Skin To Bone is the only song I have ever heard that has lyrics meaning absolutely nothing; the point it sends across to you is that a good song does not need meaningful lyrics, only working lyrics.

 

With LV's second half, do you mean the part past Castle Of Glass?

 

I think not enough people have been given a chance to vote. Only 80? And 33 voted for ATS? If you allowed 500 people it would be way more balanced.
