No, they did not play it live. They just did some new verses at the beginning of the song , but not the whole reanimation version.
It has the keyboards from Wth>You at the beginning and in the verses, and the vocal parts Chester sings are the notes from Reanimation, and there's the scream at the start, but the guitar/bass is the way it was on Hybrid Theory (minus the soft guitar in the verses), and there's no added rap part.
They kinda did the same they did for One Step Closer live, but this one is less noticeable because With You and Wth>You aren't that different as One Step Closer and 1stp Klosr.

They have played the song with the Reanimation background beat (Nippon Budokan 03 and Rock Am Ring 2004 to name a couple), but they have never played the remix in it's entirety.

In having to decide which is better, WTH>You is better than the original - but, as a remix, it's not that different from With You. Although I don't like With You as much, it still sounds awesome live!
