Had he parodied a LP song before Chester passed, I would've been abusing my ears to it. But I'm not too sure about doing the same if he were to perform a cover, say, five years from now.
If he does a Parody I'm 100% down but I don't think he ever will. I must say I grew up on Weird Al. He's the only secular artist I listened to until I got into Sum 41 in 2005. I own three of his albums in physical form and have heard every single one of his albums, even his newest releases keeping up with his music. I'm not a huge fan anymore and I don't listen to him really anymore but he's still talented.
I don't know who you're talking about, but I've heard a very weird cover or parody, don't know what to call it of Numb by Tongo, a peruvian "singer".
19, why? I looked him up and he won 4 Grammys for Comedy albums. I had never heard of him because I'm not American.
Ah, okay. I ask that because you didn't know who Breaking Benjamin or Rush was either. Almost everyone knows those 3 acts do I just figured it was an age difference (which it could be) as I turn 24 next week.
Breaking Benjamin? I know Breaking Benjamin since last year or even earlier and Rush I admit it can be an age difference. The music that had the most impact on me was clearly 2000s music, not even the 2010s music is as good as those I listened to as a kid. For Breaking Benjamin I just listened to Phobia for the first time now, but I already knew The Diary Of Jane and had heard of Breaking Benjamin on some sections of artists related to LP when I searched for LP on Google. Many of those acts I didn't mind to check out and I don't know if I ever will. I could have heard some Rush song, but they can be one of those acts I know a song and don't connect it to any artist, it used to happen a lot when I was younger, mainly with LP songs.
Had Weird Al parodied LP, he'd lampoon ITE since it's the band signaturre tune. "I love her And she loves me But just as a friend Did you hear my heart splatter?"
