WHY?

 

I just hope it's about a tour, or them making an album.

Because anything else is just bizarre.

Is it supposed to be a documentary or biopic...?

 

A biopic would be just weird. Don't ask why, but when artists do biopics about themselves, it seems a bit weird. When someone else approaches them to do one, and then they start working on it as well, that's different. I think. I have no clue what I'm saying.

But I seriously do hope that it's just some documentation of a tour or the recording of an album or something.

As for this I don't even know why there should be a film about them. A biopic doesn't make sense either as they aren't that big of a band. But I can see it being a documentary of some sort as Iain pointed out.

I must be missing something because, as much as I'm not a big fan of theirs, I have no idea how this constitutes selling out. Delusions of grandeur, possibly. But selling out?

Pumpkins didn't, Corgan kind of did. Regardless though, he's the only original Pumpkins member left in the band now, so the two are kind of synonymous now.
