The album cover has been revealed for the new P.O.D. album "When Angels and Serpents Dance" which comes out on March 25th, 2008. On December 1st, P.O.D. posted a blog on their MySpace that they have set up a "secret" website to reveal pieces of the cover to the public from December 3rd - December 10th. They have also posted the lyrics to one of their songs on the "secret" website. They are as follows: "One must lead in the dance. Who's leading you? Life is real when angels and serpents dance." The album cover was cool up until the end...that snake seems out of the blue there and doesn't belong. But, makes sense with the album name.
I thought POD died down like Limp Bizkit. But it's good to see them still doing music. I'm looking forward to this one.
Looks cool, i always liked a few select songs by them like "Youth of the nation" and...there was one more big one i liked but i can't remember the name.
I thought this topic was going to be something about Angels and Airwaves I was slightly into POD at a time, but never too much.
I'm hoping the album sounds more like The Fundamental Elements of Southtown than anything they've done since.
I loved 'Testify', but now with Marcos again on guitar, I suppose we'll get a heavier sound compared to their last album.
QFT. Youth of a Nation stabbed my ears out with a flashlight. But if they make anything like TFEoS, I'll be happy. I actually stumbled upon the 'title track' Southtown again, and I still enjoy it.
Sounds pretty good. Sounds more like a return to their old sound but while keeping their new sound as well. Definitely looking forward to it
I absolutely cannot wait for this album. If it's anything like Satellite, or Testify, I'll be satisfied.
Word up. On the Points of Authority Reanimation demo, they us POD samples in the final chorus (I think).
