    Star Wars.

    Even though Episode III will own all previous Star Wars movies. Even Empire Strikes Back.

    Definately LOTR.

    I'm not into the books but the movies are seriously awesome. And I'm guessing you didnt put up Harry Potter since it's not finished yet.

    It's more of an ongoing saga than it is a trilogy. And I doubt the sixth book is the last one so there could be like, 3 trilogies.

    LOTR.

    I would've said Star Wars, too, but the second movie was just so lame. ><

    Go Star Wars! I saw a movie recently which quoted Empire, but I can't remember which one :lol: It was either:

    Garden State
    Meet The Fockers
    The Life Aquatic

    I do remember the line though "Search your heart, you know it to be true".

    01::LOTR
    02::The Godfather (Even though the third wasn't as good as one and two.)
    03::Back To The Future

    Garden State isn't a trilogy. And there are only two Meet The...

    i think he meant the line from empire strikes back was in one of those movies.

    my fav trilogy has to be LOTR, then the original star wars, then matrix(last two werent so great) and the jersey trilogy
