Does anyone know whats going on with The Used? I haven't heard anything about them in a long time. Hopefully they're working on a new album. In Love and Death was a follow up to their self-titled debut.
I remember reading a article about them, it was a couple of months ago. It sounded like they weren't getting along. Bert and the boys were saying how they're drifting away from each. It was pretty sad. But who knows. Some of the things they say, I've learned not to take too seriously.
They're recording their new album. Hopefully the end of this year! I'm hoping, anyway. @AloneInHerDarkRoom: That was probably about Bert and Gerard.
I really read that in a magazine article. I should of know that it wasn't true. I also shouldn't of believed Gerard and Bert were fighting.
Do you know excatly what they were fighting about? I've heard rumors about what they were fighting about, but i'm not sure which one to believe. Gerard said in an interview that Bert was just playing. They weren't really fighting. I just decided to believe Gerard.
The Used used their cover of Under Pressure on a special edition of In Love And Death, I believe. They were fighting and some words were said, but then Bert resolved it, and it seems like they're close again. But The Used are definitely not breaking up. They've been recording and preparing their new album.
Branden said new material by the end of the year and they're going into the studio to start writing/recording really soon. I found this on a Used Message Board.
