    Have you guys seen the commercial for West 49 where this guy is skaterboarding on top of a building and is talking about how he'll never leave Philadelphia or something? Well theres this song thats playing in the backround, its like a piano and than the guitar start and the vocals. Does anyone know whats the song name and who sings it?

    Is that the one with Bam Margera? I've seen a skate commercial with him too.
