Watching an Unseen. The room was dimmed The rounded table We sat one, on one. Red table-cloth A rosy Red flower to her Dress. A Passionate purple candle of a soft Lavender scent Lavish was her Dress, The backround dimmed Shadowy silhouettes to omniscient blurs. The dinner plate, cleaned with a smear of juiciness Reminiscence of an Orange. An orange shared between two. Intensity of Tension forms an aura in the air. The Roof above were a Sky of black. Dotted, sparkly and Ever-expanding. Paintings of Heavenly Angels Stalk amongst the walls, As they gleefully watch, in their Blue Kingdom of Clouds. The Black sky Absorbs the Candle-lit night. being just as Dim as It was. The words never came out, The words sweeter than the taste of chocolate The Beauty brighter than A diamond shine, The look of Intensity, deeper than Visions of Pools. A sight that's a Lure to more The Sight of One's soul. The candle melts on their right., as the smoke rises to the sky. The wax slides down the side. They lean in, eye to eye A breathless adoration. An Invisible spark of. They shift, lean and fondle. Smile and slyly blush. Chuckling and giggling sweetly, Sounds of Love resonate. An Endearment of the Dearest, The memorable sweet special one. The Candle melts on their right. As the smoke spreads a temptation fragrance The Wax Slides down the side. They lean in, eye to eye. The last breathless Adoration with an open sight. An invisible spark of love. The kiss captured in the silhouettes As angels ascended from their frames. Thanks for reading. Comments, suggestions? I feel like I did well, as a break away from The usual dark mood tone of poem/story. It's more of a Love story, and I'd like to see if I did well.
The word order in one or two of the lines (for instance "The sweeter words than tasting chocolate", maybe that should be "The words sweeter than tasting chocolate"? Then again I could just be missing something) doesn't make sense to me, but I still really liked it. Really vivid and descriptive. The last two or three stanzas are especially good.
