Such a good performance. Chester's voice just goes so well with the music in this.
I like 'Heavy' but one of the issues I had with it was it did nothing new musically for the band. This changes that.

Damn this is better than the studio version. I'm glad and sad at the same time about that.

That was super awesome! Really dig the loop pedalling of Waxx.

Hell no, they have to release the outdated EDM remix album first :kappa:

I don't like it more than the studio version, I must be in the minority .

Don't get me wrong, it's a solid rendition, and I do think with further work it could have potential to be better than the studio version...but right now it feels like it's missing something. Just seems a tad empty at spots.

Yes! for me too. imo Heavy is a good song but it's too safe & repetitive and that has nothing to do with its electonic vibe (I fucking love electronic music, see: ATS), even if it was produced like What I've Done (Alternative rock style) or The Messenger (Stripped down acoustic style) my opinion of this song will not change too much.

My first impression was "oh brother another guest artist helping with this song."

My final impression is holy fucking shit why couldn't this be the studio version? Sure the lyrics still need improvement but that instrumental finally gives the song some much needed weight and substance that the vocals, while powerful, never carried on their own.

Better than the official one, all it needs is to change up the lyrics a bit and this will be A solid.

I found this version good but I also think the studio version is better.

Impressive how Heavy's studio version is "growing" on me.

I started to like Heavy more than Battle Symphony.

I think it's missing a female vocal, personally.

Awesome! Here's a fun fact, Holly Brook goes by Skylar Grey now and is on the new Papa Roach song "Periscope". I wonder what Mike Shinoda thinks about that :dafuq:

The fact that people even there complain about the "Music not being heavy enough" makes me

Ikr! I think Roach's new stuff is great! Love Periscope and Born for greatness, besides the rapping it reminds me of Imagine Dragons! I love all the new stuff LP is putting out, wasn't surprised but I knew it'd be diff and I'd love it, Roach's new stuff surprised me! Each song is diff from the other which is cool, love when bands switch it up

I LOVE that they're doing all these different renditions, I want to hear many songs from them given this treatment.

I'd like the next LPU to be something like this instead of demos again, but I can't really complain either way. That said, I can't wait for the rest of the album because I'm tired of hearing why is everything so heavy.
