Okay, so I somehow accidentally erased the partition on my usb key while stupidly leaving it in my computer while installing fedora core on my system.
So, now I have windows 2000 because a few days ago my sister broke my linux disk by accident. Ironic yes. The usb is detected just it won't let me acess it and what I'm wondering is does anyone know a program or a way to re-partition the drive. I think there's something about device manager but I haven't used 2000 in a while and I forget how to acess it. So any help is appreciated. :( my poems go bye bye.

Control panel>>administrative tools>>computer management. Open that and scroll down to disk management. If you need something to extend or do more advanced things, you're probably looking for a 3rd party tool like partition magic.

I don't quite understand your post. Did your linux install fully wipe your usb drive and it's now an EXT format or something else? If so, a rather quick Google search returns: http://www.diskinternals.com/linux-reader/

Next time watch the partitioner carefully when installing. Terrible idea to let it partition automatically without paying attention to what it's actually doing.

Mm, I suggest Partition Magic [not free *cough*] for partitioning. The EXT3 reader I originally posted was just in case you had anything on the EXT3 partition.
