    I'm trying to upload music and turn it into a URL. Can somebody help me do this?

    If you're wanting to direct link to it then no sorry. I don't know of any free hosts that allow you to direct link to mp3 files.

    I just use megaupload.com but i'm guessing that's not what you want.

    YouSendIt allows you to upload large files, then give the link to anyone to download.
