    i was wondering if there are people who like these styles besides hip hop/rock ...
    personally i like hardstyle and hardtrance a lot
    my favorite dj's Luna,Pavo,Max B Grant,Kai Tracid

    Me for sure. I love all types of dance and club. House, hard trance. Rave. All of it. Acid, DnB, psytrance, techno-industrial..... I'm done :lol:

    But yeah I love that stuff.

    I like some songs by Prodigy, but I have no clue what they go under.

    Ambient is basically trance/dance without any definite rhythm. Usually no percussion tracks in it.

    And Prodigy is more DnB.

    Does John Digweed count as trance/techno/electronica? I remember I used to listen to Heaven Scent all the time.

    Hardcore is a form of techno where there is a solid bass beat in 4/4 time throughout the entire song.

    A good example: Neophyte

    Ambient has no structure at all and is usually very, very dark and very, very atmospheric.

    A good example: I forget his name :lol:

    I like quite a bit of techno-industrial and ambient. Some of it really freaks me out though. :wth: :mellow:

    Techno is f*cking awesome, but definately not something that I can stand listening to day in and day out. I'm not into any particular DJ's, just some mixes from here and there.

    I love Techno and Trance! Has anyone heard The Matrix remixed version of Rob Zombies song Dragula?That song kicks ass!
