Jay-Z will appear Wednesday on MTV's TRL to premiere a video for "Numb/Encore" from the new mash-up project 'Collision Course'. At the moment there is no telling wether he'll bring a live video taken from the performance at the Roxy, or a new concept clip, but be sure to tune-in Wednesday at 5 PM for the premiere.

You should eventually. If not, it'll probably be on MTV.com or Launch.com, or LinkinPark.com. Though there's nothing like seeing the real deal on TV.

I so hope that is not a live video. Because they're studio versions, right? It shouldn't be a live video...but chances are, maybe it will.

Jay-z and lp havent said anything about making an actual video for the single. So its Encore/Numb (live).

 

I thought the single was the studio track....Maybe they'll do what they did with POA....I hope....

It cant be the studio track (unless they made a video for it).

This is a video that will premier on TRL. That video is either the LIVE performance at the roxy or an actual music video of the studio track. Since we havent heard anything about a music video concept i tend to think its the roxy performance of Numb/Encore that will be premiered. In other words its the same thing that will be on the dvd.

 

This Linkin Park/Jay-Z album is the biggest disappointment i have ever felt towards the greatest rock band in history and it hurts to see that they would stoop to such a low level and throw away meaningful lyrics and combine them with frickin " J to the izzo"

I know how to Well if you dont like Jay-Z then dont buy the CC and wait for LP's album coming out this summer then but yea i can understand why you would'nt wants LP great lyrics to be "brought down".

 

greatest rock band in history.....yeh sure.

They are not stooping to a lower level by collaborating with Jay-Z. I bet even if they collaborated with any other rapper out there you would still say the same thing.

And, mcnasty: I didnt think the lyrics on meteora were that good. It was mediocre really.

 

Well Linkin Park has some of the most meaningful lyrics that have been put together and to just have those lyrics be put together with stuff that has no meaning at all is like bringing themselves down. Reanimation....when they did have the rappers and stuff on there, the lyrics they did still pertained to the original Hybrid Theory lyrics, so that was cool...but when you have izzo and big pimpin and crap mixed in with LP lyrics...its just....disappointing
i still love Linkin Park to death and always will....but i just think this shouldnt have been done...

 

I find more meaning in Jessica Simpson songs.
