So after several e-mails and phone calls, im exhausted. Im now looking for your help on this one. Ive contacted bandmerch several times and they keep telling me to wait or that they will resolve the matter on a certain day (which they never do). Topspin keeps telling me to wait a certain day and that they will take care of it if I dont receive them on that day. That day passes and they tell me to wait again... and again....

When I call Bandmerch they claim they dont know topspins number....

When you partnership with a company you know their number.. BULLSHIT

Infact I do know Topspin has a number because when I contacted a lady whos business is above theirs shes sick of getting calls from people everyday asking where their tickets are and even then they refuse to give out their NUMBER TO HER!!! She physically went down stairs and gave them my information! Im contacting my lawyer and will be sending something to the BBB. This is already a given. But if any of you can help me out here or have any info that would help, please, let me know.

This seems to be more like venting than asking for help .

But anyways, this sucks man. It sounds like they don't care about their costumers. I hope everything turns out well in the end!

Of course it is venting. :) I was trying to show exactly what has been going on just in case someone did know. But at this point it seems usless. I contacted LP.com and they told me to keep getting a hold of topspin....... Imagine you have 15 days until you have to leave untill your event.....

Ohh well, BBB written. And NO not Big Bad Brad!

I can only expect that they're totally swamped with calls.

I know someone who had their ticket show up in someone else's hands who lived 100 miles away, and the second person has no idea where her tickets went. It's crazy how messed up it is.

Just going off past experience with companies that routinely screw stuff up and don't seem to care, reporting them to the BBB is probably going to make very little difference, if any at all. If they don't give a crap about their service, they probably don't give a crap about their BBB rating either.

Between TopSpin and Ning, both scamtastic companies, I'm really starting to think that LPHQ doesn't care at all.
