    As we all know its 2004 and Radio1 (UK public radio station) had their count down of the 100 top albums of 2003. Here are a few placings from the list. The full list can be viewed HERE

    1. Dido - 'Life For Rent'
    6. Darkness - 'Permission To Land'
    7. Coldplay - 'A Rush Of Blood To The Head'
    8. Michael Jackson - 'Number Ones'
    17. 50 Cent - 'Get Rich Or Die Tryin''
    18. Red Hot Chili Peppers - 'By The Way'
    35. Linkin Park - 'Meteora'
    47. Good Charlotte - 'The Young And The Hopeless'
    72. Led Zeppelin - 'Very Best Of - Early Days & Latter Days'
    95. Metallica - 'St Anger'

    id say thats not very accurate because six of the 'albums' that placed higher than meteora are greatest hits albums.
