"Mockingbeat" 2:05 Total length: 86:38 The difference between the two versions are the addition of 3 segues on the digital version, "Litanie...", "Legion..." & "Mockingbeat". The inclusion of these is too much for standard CD's to hold. Overall it's 6 songs (all over 10 minutes), 1 drum solo/electronic soundscape by Danny Carey (CC Trip, which has been played live a bunch of times), and 3 segues. Also, reviews are out on the interwebs, sounds like an interesting album.
I hope this will be one of the best albums of 2019 and I've also read somewhere that there's a concept around the number 7 on this album. I hope it can be as interesting of a concept as in songs like Schism or Lateralus and I would like it to have some song that resembles Reflection, Parabola, Eon Blue Apocalypse or Ticks and Leeches because I find all of those amazing as well. From Aenima I can't remember anything because I've only listened to it once, All things considered, it will be fairly difficult for Fear Innoculum to match Lateralus, but I found the opening intro quite good, most of the instrumentation pretty solid (maybe not as well crafted as in Lateralus) as well and the there was also a good balance of singing and screaming (on that department as good as Lateralus). As to the lyrics, they were quite good, but I'm expecting the hooks to be more memorable in the rest of the album.
