This board

I hath returned but this board is so confusing, I think there is way too many post-wh0r3ing topics where you just post in it for more posts... such as 'ask a stupid question' 'waht are you thinking about' or whatever. No-one can actually keep up with ti ebcause so many people post.. ah well, not like this post will make a change but WAAAAAAAAAA.

 

Grr, it's actually really annoying me now. 99% of the topics on the first page are just p0st-wh0r3ing topics.. and theirs even more than when i left!! Why don't some get deleted? I mean, does anyone care what anyone is listening to right now? Even if they did, it's so spammed with peoples posts that after you refresh theres like 10 new pages of it..

I don't think this board is confusing. It's not like there are hundreds of people posting every day. The board isn't that big and alot of people know each other so why should it be confusing? Maybe you read all the posts, also the post whoring posts like 'ask a stupid question', yeah that's confusing, why would you read it then, when you know it's confusing and you know the posts are only made to raise the postcounts? on the other hand i know what you might mean. If you're not alot on the boards and when you come, you see different new newbies with alot of posts and you feel like you missed, like a year of LPA. But when you're here some more you know who is new and who acts like that and you feel closer to LPA. So, i really think it's how you see the boards, can be confusing but can be quite clear too.

:edit: it's internet, this is a forum, these are threads. People post the most random things, but that's how it goes.

 

People love to post... in post whoring threads (see: Random Thoughts).

Sometimes I like to post that I'm eating a burger or something... Nothing really wrong with it.

Why are you guys are so uptight about double posting, and not post wh0ring??.. Besides, double posting is meant to be where you post the same post twice.

 

Because if you invented a rule on a forum where you werent allowed to use the letter E you'd get similar flaming with almost every post.

Yeah, I'm a bit confused. You're going away, you come back and suddenly you're complaining about the topics and the double-posting rule.

Ah Emma, you'll get used to it. Things change, and that's kinda what happened to the LPA while you were gone...a few things happened here and there, but the majority's still the same...we're all still your friends here
