    I used to be a hardcore Simpsons fan, but I have a feeling that this will completely suck.

    looks interesting but i think the Simpsons just doenst fit onto the big screen...

    yeah i agree with Evan, it was ok watching it for 30 mins but a movie...

    also it might not turn out too good

    As much hope as the fans may have for the movie, it's going to end up being a disaster. Why? It's pretty self-explanatory. You can't make a movie out of a TV show. It's like putting 3 episodes of The Simpsons into a movie, polishing it and putting it into a theater.

    I'll see it, but I have a feeling that it's just going to be one of those comedies that gets 1 star in the movie critique section of the newspaper.

    This will probably mark the end of The Simpsons on air. After seeing how The Family Guy movie didn't do so well, I have little hope for The Simpsons film, oh well, I'll be watching it anyhow.

    I think considering the circumstances (it leaked how early?) the Family Guy movie was a great success. Especially since it was a straight to DVD release.
