I have a crappy camera but I can take some nice pictures. Here are some that I've taken, and, if there are any, the photoshop edits done to them. They're small, but only because I like that size. Posted as taken. This was me playing around with my camera in English. I did a simple black and white effect in Photoshop, getting my viola to stand out more than it already was. Posted as taken. Sleeping in Physics. Desaturated and contrasted a bit. Posted as taken. Color to black-and-white gradient in Photoshop. No photoshop necessary. Post some of your pictures!
Oh come on, I can't be the only one who likes photography! This is the assembly in the gym during Senior Walk yesterday. I was screwing around with it, taking strips of the picture and moving it to the left, to the right, up and down, blurring certain parts, desaturated it. Although it's black and white you can't really tell.
Why not. Here’s my shameless plug: I took the following pictures a couple months ago in more or less the same location, being that some pictures were taken of the racetrack and others of areas near or surrounding it. Edited: desaturated and contrasted, added border Original [save for the border] Edited: Corrected a small smudge that had shown up on the picture from the camera lens. Original [save for the border] Edited: Cropped from it's original size, added border None of the pictures dubbed "Original" or "Edited" have any sort of duotone layer or filter. [As previously mentioned, the first picture was only desaturated and contrasted.] The time of day at which I the took pictures enabled me to retain the unusual color otherwise not captured during any other part of the day. All pictures were shot with an EOS digital camera from Canon.
I probably have the crappiest digital camera in existence. It's some Fujifilm thing, doesn't even allow me to play around with exposure, shutter time, etc. But I make due. Caitlin: Whoa, nice pictures!
At first I read "The Official Pornography Thread" and I thought I'd have some <s>right-click, save-as work to do</s> locking to do
It's the bottom of a martini glass. Taken on the kitchen counter of my house. The outline on the upper left (if you can make it out) is our rice cooker.

There was a huge snow storm this winter. That is a picture of my grandparents front porch during the storm. We actually got twice that much snow, by the end of the storm though. This picture reminds me of the end of the world. Scary. This is my grandparents front yard. I think it's a pretty picture. EDIT: Please excuse the quality of my scanner. I am getting a new digital camera soon. Also, the pictures kind of suck, but I think they're kind of interesting.
Hmm...photography, eh? Let's see what we have here Of course, it's airplanes...what else would you expect from me? CFM56 Engine Big Long Wing Cold Weather Start (CFM56 Wet Start) Sept. 11th - Damn Light Pole A320 Multi-Function Display There's more there from me, but those are the best. God, I need a better camera Comments welcome
Yeah, it was -40 that day, and that's what happens when the little pool of oil at the bottom of the engine gets introduced to some burning fuel. Somewhere, I've got a picture of one that's even better than that (the entire plane is enveloped), but it's on a CD somewhere And hell yeah, flying rules...I've got my PPL now, so it's 'causing hell' time
Haha. Maybe I should make an official... Here is a picture that I took at the races a few nights ago. Turned out really well. Will get a high res pic up when I can be damned to upload it.
I got a new camera! Here's some pictures I've taken with the new one. My cat. A plant. A flower. A slightly larger flower. A more brightly colored flower. I think this flower is dying. I like the cat one the best.
