Here's a little trivia for metal fans:

Cannibal Corpse is Jim Carrey's favourite band.......no seriously, he actualy requested them to be in Ace Ventura.

I saw them on MuchLoud, and they're pretty good.

When I heard of the Jim Carrey thing I thought it was awesome, he dosen't realy seem like a metalhead.

 

First of all, I probably overstated what I said about Angela Gossow. She isn't that bad.
Secondly, Jim Carrey > Cannibal Corpse.
Finally, I also like Celtic Frost, Carcass and Opeth.

 

I've always been a fan of The Haunted, but I've gotten into them more as of late due to their new album. they're fucking amazing, you should check them out if you haven't already. If you like them, I say you should listen to At The Gates, possibly the best Swedish band ever.

Old Norma Jean. 'Nuff said.

 

The new album wasn't that instant for me, but it's definitely gotten better with each listen. I'd probably recommend rEVOLVEr as the one to begin with, as well as it being arguably their best album.

 

I really hope you don't mean Bless The Martyr and Kiss The Child.

 

Speaking of The Haunted, Peter Dolving's blog is quality.
