So that means 5-6 songs with screaming. Considering 10 songs with vocals, that is not bad at all! Hoping for 6! UIG has a scream at the very end which is why I say that, but I realize some would probably forget about it or leave of the list of screaming. But I will up you're 4-5 to 5-6. And if its 6 out 10, that would be wonderful!!! I like this interview as well but it seemed that this person did not know the tracks names for the songs other than the singles. Or chose to leave them off which made me get lost (I thought the writer was still at The Summoning and then UIG pops up). But from what I can understand, it sounds great! And it's well written! Both of these interviews are well written! Thank you again Turtleguy!!!!!
I will say I am not surprised with only 4 songs raping (althought was hoping for more because Derek said 4 out of the 6 songs he heard had raping). They rrally dont overload on raping these days and i didnt expect that to change. Also, Going off both of those statements means the other 6 not in the sampler had no raping But I'm still very excited! ALITS sounds like it will be my favorite by far!
On the other review, it says Brad contributed to the lyrics. It could bring some improvement, I hope it's better than GATS and UIG.
I'm also disappointed with the lack of raping on the album. At least they appear to be quite possibly the best raping Mike has done in some time.
Nobody said that. For me personally, a track by LP that contains (guitars) screaming and rapping is automatically a good LP song for me. It is my opinion.
Some people make it sound like that's all they care about. And that in order for an album to not be disappointing it has to meet their arbitrary "quota" of rapping and screaming. I saw this all the time in the ATS/LT cycles. The way it stands? A third of the album contains rapping. A third of the album contains screaming. Isn't that enough?
My top of Songs after the Reviews: 1 - Keys To The Kingdom 2- Rebelion 3- Wastelands 4- Mark The Graves 5- All For Nothing 6- GATS? 7- Final Masquerade 8- A Line In The Sand 9- War 10- Until It’s Gone 11- Drawbar 12- The Summoning
Thanks for the review turtleguy556 Pretty excited to hear all of this! ALITS, Mark The Graves, Rebellion, and Keys are probably the songs I'm looking forward the most, but I'm really anticipating the whole thing. I'm also shocked UIG is confirmed to be the slowest song, as I was definitely expecting a least one true ballad.
