Anyone else excited for this? Even though it follows nearly the same formula as the first one, I think it's safe to assume that it will be a lot more funny than the first one, and the first one was fucking hilarious.

Here are the pictures of the posters for the movie http://www.facebook.com/album.php?fbid=10150159403485765&id=74089565764&aid=291415

    And here is the trailer

I'm STOKED. I normally don't react to trailers, like I don't feel terrified at horror movie trailers, don't get emotional at drama movie trailers, and I especially don't laugh at comedy movie trailers but this? I've been following the schedule of this movie avidly and skipped class so I could see the first actual trailer after the teaser came out and experienced a rare, real "lol". This movie. Will rock. My toe socks.

I don't have toe socks. It'll still be fucking amazing though. In comparison with the first, it looks like it'll be the same level of humor if not slightly more, but because it's not even in the States, it has that big epic scale vibe which makes everything funnier. Including a monkey nibbling on a weenis - that's funny in any language or location!

The first one was't bad, this one looks more or less like a rehash though.

I can't wait. The the first one was one of the best comedies ever written!

Fun fact: The Hangover was the last movie I saw in theaters before I moved to Florida. I haven't been to the movies since. I'll try and go once this movie is finally out in theaters

This irks me. Do people expect it to be The Hangover: Citizen Kane, or something? Expecting anything more than the first movie but with a change of scenery is pretty dumb. If this one is successful, I bet there will be a third one. And I'm okay with that.

Not sure how me thinking it's kind of a shame that so far it seems to be more or less the same jokes in a different setting equates to me wanting Citizen Kane, or why exactly that's dumb, but okay.

The first one was over rated. It was funny but it wasn't that funny. Disney's The Emperor's New Groove had me in twice as much stitches than it ever could.

A sequel for the sake of money using the same formula and annoying characters is even worse. The same joke doesn't work twice. It's suspect to me as of now.:hmm:

The first one was definitely funny. It didn't take itself seriously and was well written. If the second one can pull off the same feat, then keep them coming! It would have to be a better series that that Saw shitfest.

Wow. This is an insane overreaction. How about they do something different and make a funny movie with the same characters? Maybe have a different theme? "The Recovery" or "The Drug High" or "The Latest Bad Comedy."

Not that I put too much stock in this to begin with. I didn't think the first one was any count, not excited for the next.

I just saw this on Saturday and I thought it was funny. I still love the first one though.

I saw this last week. I think it definitely had better material than the first, but the movie wasn't quite as good somehow. Still funny as hell.

I saw it last week as well. It was funny in parts but I left the theater saying "that was okay."

This movie was practically a remake of the first one. Boring.

Ditto. The trailer turned me off even though I liked the first one. The monkey is cute but it's just a tiger in disguise.
I'm not expecting citizen Kane either, I just want comedy. Comedy is less effective without surprise. Rehashing the plot removes surprise. Simple.

    This movie was fucking horrible.

There really wasn't anything FUNNY. It was more of those awkward situations. You know, the ones where you have to think to yourself, "What the fuck do I do?" And the only thing you can come up with is nervous laughter.

Yeah this movie blew Rhino Wang, there were even moments of cheese, which shouldn't happen in such a 'blockbuster'.
