    It's actually been released on AOL for a while now. Anyhow, I don't think this second one will be as scary as the first, and the first was somewhat laughable when compared to the japanese version, imo. The japanese version of The Grudge: Ju-On made me restless for days XD. Eh, I'll go see it either way.

    I think the Japanese versions of those kinds of movies are always better.

    Dark Water, Ringu, The Grudge,... all a lot scarier in the original versions.

    I liked The Ring and The Grudge too but they just aren't that scary.

    Man the japanese version of the grudge 2 is crazy...

    They are very subtle with their appearances. Even nonscary scenes have things that can freak you out.

    There's some movies in which you do not remake for the purpose of totally screwing it up, the grudge II is no exception.

    Um. It was directed by the original director. He wanted to make the movies for American audiences as well because it did so well in Japan. Ju-On and The Grudge are both amazing movies.
