As previously reported by Will, Chevelle will be headlining Sno-Core 2005 with supporting acts such as Helmet and Crossfade. Along with the Sno-Core tour, Chevelle frontman Pete Loeffler is planning to do a two-week solo acoustic tour sometime in 2005 to support his solo acoustic album that he hopes to be released in 2005. In other news, the band wants to record a live version of their next single, "The Clincher", to send to radio stations along with the album version. Chevelle is currently in the thinking process of the video. Pete Loeffler comments...
Why the US all the time. All the awesome tours are over there. Australia needs some action! That is a great lineup though. Crossfade & Chevelle kick ass.
Dude, awesome tour...plus the fact that they're putting one of the most kickass songs on the CD as the next single
Eh, the tour isn't worth it for me. I only like Crossfade and Chevelle. However, The Clincher, is one of my favorite songs from TTOTCDUI.
Yeah, I read it in Revolver that they betted on who could fit inside one of the road cases...so Pete decided to do it, and he told one of his bros in the band not to latch it or spin it...they do it anyways and Pete freaked out! After they let him free, Pete punched him in the face! Now he's claustrophobic and that's where "The Clincher" comes from!
i thought it was about the crucifixion too, but i look for that kind of stuff because i'm a christian. plus, chevelle's lyrics are on www.christianrocklyrics.com, so i thought it could be true, even if chevelle is not an overtly christian band. but if twitch read that in revolver, it's probably true.
