    If you don’t know what nu-metal, it is a genre of rock which is mixed with other genre’s of rock and music .

    Evanescence and Simplistic. aren't nü-metal.

    [Edit] Lostprophets and Incubus aren't nü-metal, either.

    OK WILL, GREAT OPINION ! your idea of nu-metal is totally different then mine ! Explain then why lost prophets won the best nu-metal band 2002 in the uk ?
    Explain why evanescence has their songs remixed by dave fortman ?
    Explain why most incubus songs have techno sounds ?

    I wasn't trying to start an argument. I was stating my opinion that they're not nü-metal. A lot of people here will tell you they aren't. But it's just an opinion. :)

    Will is correct. Evanescence are nu rock (goth according to him), Incubus rock, lostprophets punk (used to be a little nu, though) and Simplistic are the same as lostprophets.

    This poll is pointless as well. I mean... it's an LP fan site, who do u think will win?

    Sometimes I find these kind of polls pointless becouse this is a LP fan site and there always going to win, you know but Iam not trying to say this is a bad thread or anything Iam just stating my opinion and if I wasnt this tired I wouldnt be doing it but yea :mellow:

    I agree with Mcnasty. Most people will vote for LP because this is a LP site and obviously they like them if they are here.
    I can see that this thread will probably lead to fights because of the last couple of posts anyways.
