The Battlefield Series

Anyone else here (Besides Thanatos) that has played Battlefield 1942, Vietnam, etc.? As far as I'm concerned, those are by far the best 1st Person Shooter games ever made.

 

Yup. Playing Battlefield 2 online is freakin amazing.

 

battlefield one series is okay now....but battlefield 2 is a much better experience.

 

I own Battlefield Vietnam. A very good game. I would play BF2, but damn EA doesn't support my video card anymore. :wth:

But I'll probably get a new video card relatively soon, so then I'll end up getting the game.

 

I have Vietnam and 2 and don't like them at all. Call of Duty is much much MUCH better in my opinion. Even though it's a completely different war, better overall game.

 

I agree. Of course, that might be because I'm much better at Call of Duty than Battlefield. But I only play CoD occasionally at a local LAN Center.

 

i own Battlefield 1942 and its expansion packs...but i dont have Vietnam or BF2 becasue both of them have too high settings for my computer......so pathetic...........

 

My friend just gave me Battlefield 1942 yesterday, and advised I get the modification Forgotten Hope.

So I did.

 

I've played BF2 and I loved it, but I haven't had a chance to play the older BF games.

 

I've played Battlefield 1942, Desert Combat, Desert Combat Extended, Forgotten Hope, Battlefield:Vietnam and Battlefield 2's demo.

I played in clan =[SoR]= as soldier and Squad Leader - Lt. Avenger. We played Desert Combat and Battlefield Vietnam.

 

BFs' are the best military multryplayer action game.One of hte reasons is because it made a revolution in using machines as an important part of the game.I've played all BFs.
