In Canada, if I brought my computer into tech support, are they allowed to see what I have on there. If so, can they report if I have copyrighted material such as games, movies or music? Lastly, is your ISP allowed to look at or log what you do on the internet?

I don't think the computer store is allowed to, but your ISP certainly is, if I remember correctly. But out of 100s of customers, why would your ISP pick your logs out of their other customers logs? I download a shit load of stuff, I haven't gotten anything.

Your ISP doesn't care that much, as long as you get your connection, and they get their money, they're fine.

Not 100% of this post, so wait for someone else to speak. ;)
