The taste of chaos tour 2006 lineup has been announced:
THRICE
DEFTONES
ATREYU
STORY OF THE YEAR
AS I LAY DYING
DREDG
SILVERSTEIN
THE RECEIVING END OF SIRENS
PELICAN
THE CONFESSION
ADAIR
STREET DRUM CORPS
GREELEY ESTATES
MILLIONAIRE

and I will not be going. No offical dates have been announced. Line up will vary by dates.

 

Oh man...what a mix. I'll consider going depending on price and venue. Thrice, Story of the Year, Dredg, and As I Lay Dying are decent.

 

I would go to see Dredg, but I'm not sure if I could sit through As I Lay Dying or Atreyu. Or some of those other bands.

At least this year it seems they have a more diverse lineup sound-wise though. Which is good.

I like Story of the Year but I wouldn't risk getting injured to see them.

uhh, that was actually a reference to an As I Lay Dying song?

 

I would go for those two bands alone.

 

The Receiving End Of Sirens is the only band that vaguely interests me on the list...

 

I'd be willing to sit through all of those for Deftones and Thrice. Oh man. Those two together would be orgasmic.

 

I guess As I Lay Dying and Thrice would be worth seeing...but it'd be cheaper just to see them individualy, and also then I don't have to endure all the other crap...

 

Looks like a pretty sold line up, in my opinion.

 

If it comes here again next year I might go. Not sure yet. Just wait and see what bands would be coming.
