Sweet Child O' Mine at Tacoma Dome

I don't know if this is true in other live versions of this cover (I know not in Rock Am Ring 2001), but I noticed that during the song, it seems like Brad doesn't know what to play other than the original line... and in the later part of the short cover, he starts playing the notes to 'So Fresh So Clean' by Outkast... which they also covered once (though short).

Just thought it was something interesting to point out.

 

Lol I have the show, he does this at a couple other shows, it's not Fresh N Clean, it's just when he messes up bad enough he stops and just starts playing this funny little fret by fret descent down the high E string.

 

How do you find that? I'm not that smart (69 on IQ test).

 

No but after the descent down the E he plays Fresh N Clean, listen closely.

 

Actually wait, I don't have the recording of it from Tacoma, I was thinking of Anaheim.
