Almost exactly one year after the release of our last album, we come back here at this point with a new album in the bags. Our new release is called "Signs For The Fallen" and it promises to be the heaviest and most innovative album of the band's history to date...

"Signs For The Fallen" offers razor-sharp riffing and a cold unusual atmosphere which surrounds the listener immediately and shows SuidAkrA in 2003 from a completely new, modern side. We have by no means lost our characteristic motifs of magnificent melodies and catchy refrains, but have perfected everything and have even become a bit harder. Here and there our well-known folk elements were consciously thrown in to maximize the tension curve of the songs.

Almost in parallel to the new output, we worked with our web team on the new design of the homepage, as well as on some of the new columns. We hope that you like the result and we are looking forward to reading about your criticisms and suggestions in the guestbook as well as to your active participation in our official SuidAkrA fanclub, called S'Fanatics.

I've been listening to this band for quite a while but I recently got more into them. They're melodic-death metal, which is a rest because of the "melodic" part.
