Because it wasn't on Hybrid Theory The only reason why High Voltage and My December were remixed is because High Voltage Reprise (the first remix) was meant to be on Hybrid Theory but was deleted from the album because 'it didn't fit in' with the rest of the album.As for My December it was released on the One Step Closer single which also found its way onto the special edition of Hybrid Theory were both High Voltage Reprise and My December were present. None of the EP songs were remixed on Reanimation because they wern't on the Hybrid Theory album,only songs from the Hyrbrid Theory album were remixed and put on Reanimation with the exception of X-ecutioner Style and of course High Voltage Reprise and My December from the special edition Hybrid Theory. i'd say that mike's remix of High Voltage was a bit more "reanimative" in comparison to the original version - Evidence's remix didn't really improve mike's remix. as for My December, as good as that remix was, i would've liked to hear the original remix by Team Sleep. Yea, Step Up would've made a good remix. It needs to be that much more electronic and they need to take out and/or replace that bridge!

It would have been cool to here a remix of Carousel, And One, Step Up, and Part of Me, but they weren't on Hybrid Theory, that's why they are not on Reanimation. Reanimation was a remix album of Hybrid Theory.
