someone here who works out every week? i just started and my body hurts because i am not supposed to do it. i feel tired but great. mabe can build a good body by working out 3 times a week. and you?
i went 3 times a week to the fitness center. Its pretty great if you do it for months. I really need to start work out again.
Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Jk, I've begun a routine a couple of months ago, and somehow I still manage to maintain the drive to do it. It's only weight lifting though, never running. Which could be an issue. Will it be a problem?
... can you elaborate on this? Because you know lifting weights or dieting improperly is way worse than doing nothing, right? Soreness =/= actual pain.
Once spring hits and the weather stays consistently, I'm gonna actually attempt to hit my goal of 10,000 steps a day I'm addition to either running or lifting. Taking 10,000 steps a day is such an easy way to lose calories and even noticable weight loss if paired with eating decently healthy and other exercise.
Well the 10000 steps a day isnt a problem for me, i really need to do something against my food flashes.
