STAR WARS in 3D

Are you going to the movie theatres to watch it again or because it's 3D?
What's your oppinion about the old and new trilogy?

 

I'm definitely going.

 

I will be going because I am a giant star wars nerd. To the point I speak fluent wookie that's bitches wookie. I love both trilogies and all movies. This will be amazing

No. I've never watched a Star Wars film and don't plan on watching one. They just don't appeal to me.

 

I'm a huge Star Wars nerd, but I'm not an idiot. All these re-releases do is cash-in further on the brand and special effects. I don't care if Lucas tried to do Citizen Kane in space, he failed massively. Not to forget that ran the reputation of one of the most respected film series into the ground.

If you feel like paying for a gimmick to see The Phantom Menace, that's your own problem.

 

George Lucas might as well bend me over and take my wallet after words because i am his hitch. As long as there is star wars I will be there to be a needy little fan boy

I wonder if George Lucas just keeps going back and reediting his old high school essays, inching closer and closer to perfection each time.

 

These guys are the best movie critics on the whole interwebz.

 

The irony is that I doubt many people would have issues with George if he went and completely redid Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, and Revenge of the Sith the right way, or at least in the right direction.

 

3D: Because we're all out of ideas.

 

I would rather go and see a 3D re-release of Pee-wee's Big Adventure than to see this. Let me know when they make a movie out of The Force Unleashed, and then we'll talk.

star wars republic commando 2
star wars the old republic
and star wars battlefront 3 were all supposed to be released but it didn't

 

The Old Republic has been out for a couple months already.

 

I have watched the trailer and surely and i will go for the watch this in the 3d and this will be strange experience so it is going to mess up and tied me in the crunch.

 

I don't understand what's going on. What is this 'new trilogy' everyone is talking about. Surely George Lucas would never make another trilogy of Star Wars movies that sucks balls and disrespects the entire Universe that has been created.
