    Staind have selected "How About You" as the next single from their latest release, "14 Shades Of Grey". The track will impact at radio on November 04th.

    I like the choice! Although "Fray" is my fave. But "How About You" isn a very single-like track. Should get tons of airplay.

    "How About You" is one of the worst tracks on the album. They should have released "Zoe Jane" ... that song rocks the socks.

    After the first three- four songs, 14 shades really sucks.
    I really hate that album.
