Now that I'm starting to like Skillet and I noticed their new album officially comes out tomorrow (there are some leaks), I thought I'd start a discussion about it. In my opinion, it's a pretty good album, it has some solid songs and others that were hard to listen to the full thing, but all in all it's a alright. I'll have to listen to the album more to give it a rating.

Listened to this album yesterday and I loved it. It might be my favorite Skillet album. There are some very good songs in it, and I can listen to it from beginning to end withouth skipping songs. My personal favs are Rise, Not Gonna Die and Circus For A Psycho.

Their stuff is great since Jen Ledger started singing with them. The songs where the vocal duties are split are usually incredible. Pretty solid album.

One of my absolute favorite bands. And "Rise" is great. I really dug the whole last quarter of "Good to Be Alive" (otherwise known as the segway into "Not Gonna Die"). And "Circus for a Psycho" is seriously my favorite song at the moment.
