Simplistic to Hit Studios

As we previously reported, Simplistic recorded four songs from their forthcoming demo EP, The Impact Of Crashing. The songs, which include "Where We Meet," "High," "Knocking Me Down" and "At The Gates," will be released on the internet next week, and will be available for download from Simplistic's official web site.

As you also know, Simplistic is signed to Linkin Park's WB imprint label, Machine Shop Recordings. MSR has passed on the information stated above to WB, and Simplistic is excited to announce that they have their (WB's) support and they look forward to recording a new 8-song demo to be released and distributed in 2004. Following that, the band will begin touring.

I cant wait to get Simps new album next year. Its going to be awsome I dont like the name of LP label "Machien shop Records" it sounds cold it bugs me can put my finger on it.

I downloaded "High" and it's okay. The band's not outstanding, yet not bad. If I hear another single I might change my mind.

I just got the word from Nick that they are still negotiating the deal between MCR and WB. They gave it to Tom Whalley (pres of WB) and he loved it! They are going to put out a short album next year and start touring. Their success will be just like Trapt.

You said that it will be released on the internet, it will be but I'm pretty sure you will be able to actually buy it and have it shipped to you.

I think the newsletter means the impact of crashing will be available for download through their site.

It will be online, but It will be like any normal cd, you will be able to buy it through their site.

probably because you'd have to buy the downloadable version at the official site too.
