http://www.seether.com/fakeit/ Yeah, pretty funny video if you get what they're trying to poke fun at.
Just the generalization of music videos. The rap videos with tons of chicks, good looking visuals, the way they "Photoshop" everything...and is that a jab at the AFI - Love Like Winter video there when they perform in the snow?
oh, ok, I figured that much I just haven't seen a whole lot of music videos in the past year or so, so I didn't know if it was a direct jab at someone/band
Yeah, it definately is. Shaun and the guys are geniuses. The song is great, and the video is even better. One of my favorite bands right now, for sure.
hah good, funny video. the snow scene could be "poking at" either "Love Like Winter" by AFI or "Sweet Sacrifice" by Evanescence.
the first time I saw it I immediately found two things they could be poking fun at: K-Fed (because of that Super Bowl commercial ) Nickelback
It's gotta be an Evanescence jab. "Call Me When You're Sober" was a jab at Shaun, the lead singer. Amy and him dated, and she left because of his drinking, so she writes that lame ass song, and Seether mocks one of her videos (and flips her off, watch when it first show him playing the guitar in the snow).
