i can't wait to see what happends. I hope the RIAA get on him so we can laugh at the stupid idiots at RIAA.
That's awesome! I congratulate anybody who pisses off the RIAA. Edit: Why would they have a song of silence on iTunes anyway?
Because iTunes mostly consists of full albums. If an album has a track of silence (which some do, who knows why?) then the track of silence is also added to the music store to keep the album full. Plus, most of the albums are $9.99. So, if its a 13 track album, one track silence, you can buy the 12 songs off the album for $12, or get the full album, complete with useless silence for $9.99 But you want to know whats sad? If I go spend 99 cents on a single track of silence, the artist and their record company will get a portion of that 99 cents for all their hard work and the months they spent recording that track of silence ....its how the iTMS is. Out of your 99 cents, Apple gets just 10 cents, if that, in profit. The rest goes to pay the artist and record company to keep the RIAA happy, and then costs of running the iTMS. Apple makes hardly any profit off the iTMS, hell, in the end, it might end up costing them money. But the advantage for them, is it helps sell iPods which they make a ton of profit from. If there was no iPod, there would be no music store

They always find some sneaky way into sueing someone...damn RIAA.
